The Poplars is a farm park with fourteen sites, and each owner holding a share in the rural common land and facilities, which include a tennis court and pavilion with flat.
This was the first of Andy's major projects. It has matured well and is now regularly used as a showcase for Hawkes Bay.
Black Dog Cottage is also located in the beautiful Tuki Tuki River Valley. It is up a private driveway on farmland above the river with spectacular views across the river to the entire ridgeline of Te Mata Peak.
